Curtis is a smartly dressed gentleman in a tailored jacket and slacks. He has a kindness in his eyes and a determined presence. “Do you know nothing is by chance. Me getting gas and then deciding to shop, and then going to your line instead of the shorter lines at self-checkout was determined by a connection we have. We have a vibration, and we are vibrating at the same frequency. If you look at everything at a subatomic level everything vibrates.  And for some reason I felt a pull to come to you.”

We talked about our common interest in quantum physics and books we were reading. As Curtis parted, we exchanged numbers to share reading material and possibly connect in the future.

I believe Curtis understands that there is much more than our physical bodies; a Presence or Being that resides in each of us that is eternal and is mostly ignored. It is that Presence, or Internal Light or what some call our Soul which is who we really are. We both agreed about feeling an obligation to see how we can help people acknowledge and nourish this Internal Light-this Eternal Self. To me, the best way I can relate this to people is when they feel joy, all of their senses are activated and vibrating at their highest frequency. This feeling can be nourished so you can feel this Inner Peace more and more. I believe, and it is my intention to help people recognize this within themselves. Why not help people understand that there is much more to life than constantly trying to manipulate external circumstances to match what we want and avoid what we don't want; an impossible predicament in a world we have very limited control over.
Nature has a stillness. When we recognize that stillness, we are acknowledging the stillness within.

"The Now is as it is because it cannot be otherwise.  What Buddhist have always known, physicists now confirm: there are no isolated things or events. Underneath the surface appearance, all things are interconnected, are part of the totality of the cosmos that has brought about the form that this moment takes." Eckhart Tolle
